Q: Where else can I go to get free school supplies?
A: For information about other back to school events in the community dial 2-1-1 or 863-648-1515.
Q: Do I have to Pre-Register for this event to attend?
A: Pre-Registration is required to receive a backpack and school supplies. The first 3000 children between the ages PreK – 5th grade who register will receive a backpacks and school supplies. There will be a limited number of entry tickets available the day of the event, but school supplies may not be available.
Q: What if we show up but are not registered?
A: Families can still attend and access community resources, but backpacks and school supplies may not be available.
Q: This sounds like a fun event. Can I drop my child off with friends to attend?
A: No, children MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Q: My child is unable to attend the event. Can I pick up a backpack and supplies for him/her?
A: No, Child MUST BE PRESENT at the event to receive a backpack and school supplies.
Q: How many backpacks can my child get at this event?
A: Only ONE backpack per eligible child in attendance.
