Loaned Executives

Each year United Way looks to its community-minded partners, organizations like you, for assistance with our annual fundraising campaign. By sponsoring individuals and/or LoanedExecutives to work with our full-time Resource Development staff, you are allowing United Way to:
* Multiply staff resources to support over 600 corporations who facilitate employee campaigns.
* Minimize fund-raising costs.
* Better serve and educate donors.
* Raise more dollars that go directly to fund programs and services that support those who need it most.

Who is a Loaned Executive?
A good candidate for the Loaned Executive role is a highly enthusiastic individual hired through sponsorship support, or loaned by a sponsoring organization like yours.Loaned Executives 2008

Loaned Executives
Candidates for Loaned Executives are employees who are rising stars and role models, strong supporters of United Way; and those who are excited about the prospect of serving your organization and the community through the Loaned Executive opportunity.

If you choose to loan an employee, he/she will return to your organization with enhanced leadership, communication and analytical skills, training in sales and customer service, extensive public speaking experience, valuable business contacts, and a greater knowledge of the community and health and human service organizations.

If your company is interested in loaning an employee:
* Your company agrees that the employee will be loaned to the United Way from August to November; and the employee agrees to work in the United Way office located at 5605 US Hwy. 98 S. Highland City, Florida 33846.
* The loaning company agrees that the loaned employee will be relieved of any job responsibilities; and the employer should continue the employee’s salary, benefits, and mileage reimbursements during the period in which they serve.|
