Donate now to United Way of Central Florida and Jeanette Crowley’s Keep it or Cut it fundraiser!
Meet Jeanette Crowley, business and community leader and UWCF volunteer! Jeanette has been actively involved in the Polk County community over 17 years. She has a strong desire to make a positive impact and difference in the lives of others in everything she does. Jeanette and UWCF are excited to announce the Keep It or Cut It fundraiser. The winning style is determined by which side raises the most money.
The idea of cutting Jeanette’s long, beautiful, brunette hair for a worthy cause has been a dream of hers for many years. Having long hair for the majority of her life, it just keeps growing longer and longer; however, Jeanette is committed to raising funds to either Keep It or Cut It.
If Cut It wins, 10 inches of Jeanette’s hair will be cut. Better yet, if Cut It wins and raises $15,000, 15 inches will be chopped off! Glam Color Bar has graciously agreed to provide the cut.
Jeanette’s hair will be donated to Locks of Love. Locks of Love helps children suffering from hair loss by utilizing donated ponytails to provide the highest quality hair prosthetics to financially disadvantaged children free of charge.
One vote equals $1. Voting ends at 3 p.m. on January 19.
Which side are you on … Team Keep It or Team Cut It?
