United Way of Central Florida has been serving the Hardee County community for over 30 years by understanding local needs and contracting with qualified partners to improve the community. Hardee County was added to the service area in 1987.
We work hard for the ALICE families in Hardee County. These households are ALICE – Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed – earning above the Federal Poverty Level yet struggling to afford basic expenses.
