$30K IN 30 DAYS
United Way of Central Florida fights for the health, education and financial stability of every individual and family in Highlands county.
We are thankful that local contributions have helped many in our community bounce back after a challenging year, but our needs are still great. To address these needs, we are kicking off a fundraising effort to raise $30K in 30 Days to meet and exceed our goal.
From now until April 15, we are gathering donations so we can continue the work that is necessary to help our community.
Last year, UWCF’s impact included:
- 7,800 families visited United Way food pantries
- 170 households improved their financial stability
- 3,007 accessed health services
- 2,162 children succeed in school
By targeting seven key initiatives, UWCF breaks the cycle of poverty by partnering with local nonprofits to give a hand up, not a hand out.
Be a part of making our community better for all by accepting our 30K in 30 Days challenge.
