Find an open space in your home or outside so everyone playing can have space to dance and move freely.
Encourage all family members to join in on the fun!
Play some upbeat music (something that you can control and pause periodically).
Start by saying: We are going to move to the music how ever we want but when the music stops everyone must freeze (model how to freeze).
On each round change the way you move (shake, twist, jump, etc.)
Allow the music to play for about 20-30 seconds each round.
To make it a little more challenging, make them hold their position on freeze for up to 15 seconds to see how long they can balance in the position they are frozen in.
