United Way of Central Florida ePledge Campaign

It’s easy and electronic!

Online giving is the simplest way to set up your workplace campaign.

You can register online to begin your ePledge campaign. We will ask for information such as business name, address, contact person, the number of employees, etc. An automatic email will be sent to the individual who performed the registration when their campaign registration application has been approved so they can get started on their ePledge campaign.

Here is how ePledge makes your workplace campaign easy:

  • Makes giving easy with options including payroll deduction, Leadership Step-Up programs and more
  • Eliminate paper forms and lower expenses
  • Track the progress of participation within your workplace campaign
  • Provides efficient accounting for your payroll system
  • Decreases errors with secure transactions

Safe and Secure

ePledge is a safe and secure platform that makes giving easy! It is both efficient and confidential by generating personalized links to each individual employee’s giving portal.

Go Green

Using ePledge helps you successfully promote sustainability through online giving. By eliminating the use of paper pledge forms, you also help to save money allowing more dollars to go back into the community.

Tips for Running a Virtual Campaign

  • Keep it short and sweet. Digital campaigns are best when kept to 2 weeks or less. The longer the time, the less momentum.
  • Clearly state your overall goals – dollars raised, number of participants, average donation and volunteer hours.
  • Use photos or videos whenever possible in your communications. A picture is worth a thousand words and helps people connect with the mission of United Way.
  • Daily prizes, trivia, raffles, etc. are a great way to keep people connected. Consider having individual prizes for those who reach their personal goal and for teams who reach their goals.
  • Celebrate your wins! Keep the momentum going by celebrating daily wins and keeping the progress of the campaign at the top of all communication.
