The Holidays at UWCF
The year 2021 wasn’t quite the reprieve that many of us were hoping for, but we still had a lot to celebrate! The holiday season was filled with service projects and heartfelt gatherings.
Women United members made no-sew blankets for VISTE and the Women’s Center.
The Alexis de Tocqueville Society gathered to celebrate the year and raise money in tribute to Carol Jenkins Barnett, a pioneer for family services at United Way of Central Florida. Thank you Ronnie and Laura Hedrick for hosting this event.
The holidays help to serve as a reminder to slow down and give thanks. We are grateful for YOU; all of our donors, sponsors, and supporters that allow us to improve lives and strengthen our local community. We look forward for many more reasons to celebrate as we begin 2022.
