Our annual Day of Caring took place April 28 and saw more than 400 people from Polk and Hardee counties come together and help out the agencies that have a direct impact on the lives of many.

We want to thank every volunteer who donated their time, like the Mosaic employees who gave Children’s Home Society a fresh coat of paint, the Citizen’s Bank & Trust representatives who help organize the store at Frostproof Care Center and many, many more! Click here to see the full day as told by our social media.

We also want to recognize the many volunteers who helped 1,092 families and individuals with their taxes this last tax season, a 64 percent increase from 2016.
